Renaissance Home Care Providers is one of the first placement agencies established in January 1997 in the State of Maryland. Renaissance is a networking and resource agency that works closely with Social Workers, Discharge Coordinators, Case Managers, Physicians, and Family Members, serving as a liaison connecting adult individuals who are in need of housing and personalized care with providers/caregivers.

Our Care Providers are located throughout Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Harford County, and Prince Georges County, but are not limited to those areas. The Providers assist individuals with doctor appointments, day program enrollment, medication monitoring, laundry, personal hygiene care, meals, financial management assistance, and everyday living activities.

Renaissance is committed to staying closely involved with clients who are placed with providers, assuring that the placement process and transition goes well, and services rendered are productivity carried out. Renaissance is not responsible nor obligated to replace a client.
