"To Whom It May Concern:
I am the Discharge Coordinator for the Young Adult Unit. I've worked with the Sheppard Pratt Health System since April of 1994. I met Margo Keys around 1998, about the time that she was developing 'Renaissance Home Care Services'. Since that time I've not only had the opportunity to watch a valued supportive Human Services component grow and blossom. I have also come to know Ms. Keys as a person. She is not just a voice over the phone.
She showed Integrity, Charity, Compassion, Diligence, Forthrightness, Leadership, Ingenuity, & Patience. Which in my personal summation aren't just great personal summation characteristics. They show a level of fortitude, pride, and honor on an individual when they are the guiding principle for any type of consumer product or business. As a Human Services professional, I continue to look forward to a long-lasting association with Margo Keys."

Margo,
You might not be my actual mother but you supported and love me like one. I'm so happy that I met you. You have helped me grow into a better and independent young woman and I thank you for that.
~Love Steph
Dear Margo,
We really enjoyed your company at the townhouse. You kept us rolling in the aisles.
Of course, your culinary skills were even better than last year. We appreciate you working so hard on our Ocean City vacation.
It's wonderful and hysterical to have the pleasure of your company all weekend. Looking forward to possibly next year's holiday.
Take care. Don't let people take advantage.
~ Love Cathy
Margo,
How many times can I possibly say thank you... Well, I'm going to say it for the rest of my life. You are my family... you gave me a home and you gave me Hope.
I Love You,
~Karen
You came to us at a very dark time, especially for Stephanie. I still remember the first time we spoke. it was the first time since Stephanie was diagnosed that I felt someone human and someone who cared spoke to me. I remember telling Tim that I felt that GOD was finally sending someone who could help us all.
Thank you for going above and beyond what was required. You felt Stephanie's pain and rejoiced in her triumphs. You told me the day would come when Stephanie would begin to heal and helped me to have the patience to wait for that day. My daughter has hope and a future and you were very important in her recovery.
Most of all thank you for giving her a safe place to live and just loving her.
Love you, Robin
